General Rental AgreementThe following provides a general overview of our terms and conditions applicable to renting our properties. Property specific agreements are provided at the time of inquiry and reservations.
The renter (THE RENTER) and the Property Owner acknowledge and agree that the Booking Agent (THE AGENT), Best Holiday Stays, is accommodating them by assisting with this Rental Agreement without any representations or warranties by the acting agent.
Use of the booked property is at the risk solely of the renter, with no responsibility for such incurred by THE AGENT against and from any and all damages, costs, suits, actions, liabilities arising from any and all loss of or damage to personal property, injury, or death resulting from the use of the rental property or from any claims which may arise stating that the property is not suitable for the purposes intended.
The maximum number of guests using the rental premises shall not exceed the total number listed in the rental agreement as was agreed with the THE AGENT.
What IS NOT included when you book one of our units or properties:
- Expenses and items not mentioned, including any transportation, tips for personal services, meals unless specified, insurance, long distance telephone calls and other items of a personal nature.
- Unless tenant has an agreement at time of booking, at no time is any animal, either those of guests renting the property or those of a visitor to the said guest(s) permitted on the rented property. Failure to abide by this may result in tenant being asked to vacate the premises prematurely.
- Quiet after 10PM rule applies to all rental units we offer. Please consider that most rentals are in family neighbourhoods, When booking a rental with Best Holiday Stays, you are agreeing to respect the privacy & right of quiet enjoyment of neighbouring households at all times.
Smoking is not permitted in any residence. Should our cleaning staff detect any odour or see evidence of smoking during your stay, a $400.00 fee may be charged for ionization.
